Strengthening staff on video production

Increased engagement by Equinor on e-learning material for Johan Castberg and Hammerfest LNG has required increased staff. We are happy to announce that two young colleagues have been employed at Polarkonsult recently, strengthening the team working on different aspects of SO-documentation.

Polarkonsult has since early 2020 been engaged by Equinor to develop system- and operations documentation and manuals including e-learning material. The work has required highly specialized competence and capacity within video production. E-learning material comprises interactive voice-over videos, illustrations, and animation.

Bendik (23) has a bachelor’s degree in interactive media and animation from Noroff College in Kristiansand while Andreas (26) has a bachelor’s degree in animation and digital art from Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences in Hamar.

The staff working on SO-documentation for Equinor now counts 7 persons with a variety of competence like system- and process engineering, marine engineering, graphic design, video production, etc. Feedback from Customer Equinor indicates that they are very satisfied with Polarkonsult deliveries.
